Preparing the internal work environment of the association to carry out its role in a positive and integrated manner, within a codified framework of organizational and procedural rules.
1- Preparing the organizational structure of the association.
2- Preparing and developing the association's internal work systems and regulations.
3- Preparing and developing manuals for the association’s work procedures and related forms.
4- Supervising the preparation and drafting of contracts to which the association is a party.
5- Preparing a temporal and spatial work plan for training courses, workshops, panel discussions and conferences, and preparing standards related to scientific awards.
6- Follow-up and preparation of reports and self-evaluation methods related to the programs and activities of the association.
